Parents Apart Registration

In order to guarantee your place in the class of your choice, you must pre-register and pre-pay.

To Pre-Register:

  • Complete the Online Registration Form below and click “Submit”.
  • After form is submitted, you may pay online with a credit card (through Paypal)

    Class Policies:

    We prefer you to pre-register and pay in full prior to attending the class. Online Pre-registration must take place no later than 4 hours prior to the class after which time it will be closed. If you do not pre-register, you must bring either a bank check (no personal checks accepted), money order or cash to the first class.

    If you have paid via PayPal, the only registration confirmation you will need is your Paypal receipt, which you should bring with you to class. If you have paid by check, please bring email receipt with you to class.

    Classes begin promptly at 6:45 PM (Braintree/Canton), 11:30 AM (Waltham Chamber of Commerce) or 6:45 PM (Brandeis). Please plan on arriving at least 5 minutes early in order to check in. Traffic can be heavy on Rt. 128 and the surrounding highways at this time of day or evening thus it is important to leave ample travel time. Regardless of the circumstances, no one will be allowed to enter the class after class begins.

    In order to receive a certificate of completion you must attend both sessions in their entirety. We understand that the divorce process is difficult and stressful. Our policies are consistent with the standing order of the Chief Justice of the Probate and Family Court and are intended to allow us to provide a seminar that serves the best interests of all class participants.

    According to Court regulations: Parents must attend separate sessions. Children are not allowed to attend.

    Missed Classes:

    A fee of $25 will be assessed for rescheduling classes for which you have already registered, at the discretion of the registrar. Payment may be made at: Rescheduled Class Fee


    Refunds will only be made within 30 days of the class at the discretion of the administrator for emergency reasons, duplicate payments etc.

    Lost Certificates:

    A fee of $25. will be assessed for preparation of a duplicate certificate if the original is misplaced and/or lost. Payment may be made at: Duplicate Certificate payment

    Late Payments or Payments Made after Registering:

    If you have already registered for a class without paying at the time of registration, you may still pay online at: Parents Apart Payment. You do not have to re-register, but please fill in the class for which you are paying.

    Court Waivers

    In special instances, the Probate and Family Court will grant a waiver of the normal $80. class fee where the registrant needs only to pay $5 instead. If you have a waiver, please indicate on our form below and pay on the ‘shopping cart’. You are required to bring the court waiver to the first class.
