Attorney Karen J. Levitt, founder of the Levitt Law Group, has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of family law and conflict resolution. Services provided range from representation in the traditional litigation process, to the creative solutions offered by mediation and collaborative law where Karen has specialized training. Areas of focus include divorce, post-divorce, paternity, alimony and child support, parenting plans, division of assets, and other family law related areas such as guardianship. Karen also serves as a Guardian ad Litem and parenting coordinator. She has a law degree from Boston University School of Law, is a founder and past president of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council (MCLC), has served on the board of directors of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation (MCFM), and was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).
Attorney Andrea M. Wells has over 15 years of family law experience. Her practice focuses on domestic relations matters including divorce, custody, child support, paternity, and adoption. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Attorney Wells practiced as an associate at a domestic relations law firm in Boston, MA., and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. She received her law degree from Western New England University School of Law. She is trained and experienced in Limited Assistance Representation, collaborative law, and mediation. She also serves as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem and parenting coordinator. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, and the Texas Bar Association.
Attorney Emily A. Weber joined the Levitt Law Group in 2011. She is a graduate of Boston University School of Law. Attorney Weber is trained in collaborative law, mediation and Limited Assistance Representation. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. She serves as co-chair of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council Tri-River Practice Group.
