Attorney Edward L. Amaral, Jr. is the President of Amaral & Associates P.C. His practice primarily focuses on providing divorce, divorce mediation, probate, and estate planning services for his clients. For the last 23 years, he has negotiated, mediated and tried hundreds of cases on issues including divorce, divorce mediation, property, support, custody and parental rights, ante-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and complex financial matters in front of the Commonwealth Courts and has achieved extremely favorable results for his clients. Amaral has also authored over 100 articles and several eBooks on divorce, divorce mediation and the division of assets and liabilities.

Attorney Talia Simonds concentrates her practice in all aspects of Family Law and Divorce. Talia’s philosophy in representing clients is to provide aggressive representation for her clients in a caring and compassionate manner, knowing that issues pertaining to Family Law are often emotional and stressful for her clients. In addition to her experience in private practice, Talia has experience working for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Division. While in law school, Attorney Simonds also clerked for the Honorable Peter P. Charnetsky of the Broome County Family Court and Integrated Domestic Violence Session of the New York State Supreme Court in Binghamton, New York.
