Deb, who is licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, started in the mortgage business in 1980 and in addition to her current role as Loan Officer, has been a Real Estate Appraiser and a Vice President of Loan Servicing. This means Deb understands all aspects of the loan transaction in order to answer her clients’ questions, and provide a smooth process from application to closing.
Deb is collaboratively trained and is able to offer her clients a wide variety of loan products to meet their individual needs. Whether she is working with a borrower who is having to understand the loan process for the first time, and/or someone who wants to understand their options about being qualified to refinance, she listens to her clients and helps provide them the best options available for their individual situation.
The centerpiece of my relationships is my ability to listen and ask questions. I understand the complexities and the challenges of navigating financial conversations. My clients views and relationship with money play a very important part in establishing a strategy to achieve their goals. By asking the right questions, I am able to create an experience that can help increase their commitment to incorporating a financial framework into their busy lives.
I achieve this by helping them complete a financial plan that will allow them to manage a very emotional process and make confident decisions. Their plans become living, breathing documents that are a part of the decision making process for years to come. When they choose to expand their relationship to include investment management, the women I work with generally have between $250,000 and $3 million in assets under my care. Using the financial plan as a foundation, I employ a bucketing approach to asset management that allocates
portfolios based on when funds are needed to help meet their stated goals.
