Jody Comins, MSW


Jody Comins, MSW is a Divorce & Family Mediator and Collaborative Coach in the Greater Boston area.  Jody is a court-approved facilitator for the required parenting classes in MA and teaches for MWI and The Divorce Center. Jody is the creator of “Honor thy Children; Jewish Parenting through a Divorced Lens,” which she presented with Rabbi Dan Liben at the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) Conference in Boston this spring. Her blog series on “Speaking Out; Voices of Adult Children of Divorce” can be found on her website.

Jody has been a teacher for The Divorce Center since early 2016 and teaches primarily at Brandeis and the Waltham Chamber of Commerce.



Dr. Rob DiGiammarino, PsyD.


Dr. Rob DiGiammarino is a clinical psychologist specializing in child and family care and divorce psychology as Massachusetts General Hospital for Children at North Shore Medical Center. Dr. Rob currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Divorce Center and he has been an instructor for the Parents Apart program since the summer of 2016. Dr. Rob primarily teaches at Brandeis University. He takes pride in working closely with divorcing parents, as he knows the practical information that is shared will be used to better the lives of children and families both during the divorce process and in the years beyond.



Tanya Gurevich, J.D., LICSW


Tanya Gurevich, J.D., LICSW is a licensed clinical social worker and family mediator with experience of working in legal and the mental health fields. Currently, her practice focuses on mediation, individual, couples and family counseling and parenting and divorce support and education. She has been an instructor for the Divorce Center/Parents Apart program for several years and a frequent presenter at the Divorce Center public education series and other divorce-related programs. She is on the board of the Massachusetts Council of Family Mediation and a former board member of the Divorce Center. Ms. Gurevich is a graduate of Brandeis University, Boston College School of Law and Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. Gerry Lewis, Ph.D.


Dr. Gerry Lewis is a psychologist practicing in Framingham and Marlboro. He is an instructor for the Divorce Center, teaching “Parents Apart.” Also, he is a GAL and is on the Board of MAGAL (the MA Association of Guardian ad Litem). In addition, he is a divorce mediator.




Jonathan Nathan, MSW, LICSW


Beth Ross, MSW, LICSW


Beth Ross, MSW, LICSW is a certified Collaborative Coach, mediator, and therapist. She is a member of the International Collaborative Law Council, Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council (MCLC), and Southeastern Collaborative Law practice group. She is a member of the Mass Council on Family Mediation. Beth is the founder of Mending Fences Institute, dedicated to guiding families through divorce. She is a past board member of the Divorce Center, an instructor for the court-mandated Parents Apart course, chairperson of the Advanced Parenting Education Committee and a member of the Southeastern Collaborative Practice Group.



Beth Weinberg, LMHC


Beth Weinberg, LMHC received her Masters Degree in counseling psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School. Beth is also licensed as a Social Work/Adjustment Counselor for grades K-8. She received a post-masters certification in Second Step, a social-emotional program that teaches children conflict resolution.

Beth is an instructor for “Parenting Apart” which educates parents as to the needs of children during a divorce. She has spent over 25 years working with children, adolescents, and families in numerous settings including residential, community behavioral health clinics, schools, and private practice.
