What to do with the marital home – sell, keep or attempt a buyout?  Each option has inherent risks and hidden dangers that could negatively impact your clients, their family and the desired outcome of the separation agreement.  In today’s challenging lending environment, it is prudent to address the housing issues up front so that all options can be explored and analyzed to find one that works best for the family.

This seminar will focus on ways to resolve the housing dilemma by looking at a wide range of issues that may ultimately impact your clients: Impact of Financial Reform and Dodd-Frank Act; Lending guidelines, Child Support and Alimony; Housing Options and Solutions through Financial Analysis; Mortgage, Financial Issues and the Separation Agreement
