Co-sponsored by the New Hampshire Psychological Association
The Collaborative Law Alliance presents our first Introductory Collaborative Divorce Interdisciplinary Training presented by our members: Attorney Jane Schirch, Attorney Cathy McKay, Mental Health professional Karen Kenny and Financial Professional Jill Boynton. These professionals have many years of experience handling interdisciplinary collaborative divorce cases and will be sharing the knowledge and skills they’ve acquired with you.
Collaborative Divorce is an out of court process that provides divorcing parties with a collaborative team to help them come up with a divorce agreement that meets their goals and interests. The Collaborative team is comprised of an attorney for each party, one neutral mental health professional, and one neutral financial professional. Over the course of this two-day training, attendees will learn how the collaborative team works from the very start of a case to its successful resolution.
Participation will provide the prerequisite interdisciplinary training for lawyers, financial professionals and mental health professionals to become collaborative team members and join the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire. Those with prior training will also derive significant benefit, reinforcing and enhancing your collaborative divorce skills.
