A six week, psycho-educational group for individuals in any stage of divorce who are feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and/or looking for support through the process

- Support from peers and professionals
- Help in negotiating new family and social roles
- Co-parenting strategies and communication
- Share fears and concerns in a safe environment
- Open to everyone regardless of race, religion, or sexual orientation
Jody Comins, MSW is a Divorce & Family Mediator and Collaborative Coach in the Greater Boston area. She is an adult child of divorce and uses her experience to create a child-centered practice at A Better Way: Divorce Mediation. Her blog series on “Speaking Out; Voices of Adult Children of Divorce” can be found on her website. Jody teaches the court-required class, “Parents Apart”, for The Divorce Center.
Gerry Lewis, Ph.D. is a Clinical Psychologist, specializing in working with couples. He is a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) and is a Board member of the Mass Association of Guardian Litems (MAGAL). Further, he is a Divorce Mediator and also a teacher of the court-required class, “Parents Apart” for The Divorce Center.
